- The Xtreme Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Hialeah, Florida, dedicated to empowering youth through inclusive sports and fitness programs. We are the official provider of flag football, tackle football, and cheerleading for the City of Hialeah, and we also lead adaptive fitness training for the city’s special population, preparing athletes for Special Olympics competitions. Our newest initiative, Xtreme Spec Sports, offers children with special needs the opportunity to play and compete in a supportive, inclusive environment.
